The Short Version

A CZ P-10 Optics Ready slide is a plate system, not a universal direct cut. The simplest documented route is the purpose-built Holosun SCS-P10-GR, which Holosun says mounts directly without a plate. Other optics require the exact plate: 1091-1410-01 for RMR/SRO and named Holosun C-series optics, P9784-0015 for 407K/507K/EPS-family optics, 1091-1410-08 for ACRO, Holosun 509PLT-CZP10 for 509-series/AEMS-MACRO, or a model-specific CZ plate for DPP, Docter/Venom, or Shield. Do not buy by footprint name alone: CZ-USA plate 19232 lists the Vortex Viper, while CZUB plate 1091-1410-03 explicitly excludes it.

The letters OR matter more than the P-10 size. A P-10 C OR, F OR, or S OR uses CZ’s removable plate interface. A standard non-OR slide does not inherit that system just because the pistol belongs to the P-10 family.

The second trap is subtler: “Plate 3,” “Venom footprint,” or even a matching optic family is not precise enough. Exact plate SKUs can carry different model lists.

The Direct Option: SCS-P10-GR

Holosun documents the SCS-P10-GR as purpose-built for CZ P-10 optics-ready slides and says it mounts directly without an adapter plate. It is the cleanest mounting route in the documented set because it removes the plate-selection step.

That does not make it an automatic performance winner. It uses an internal rechargeable power system and automatic brightness rather than the removable battery and manual-control arrangement some buyers prefer. The value here is mounting simplicity, not a claim that one control philosophy is best.

RMR and Named Holosun C-Series: 1091-1410-01

CZ-USA’s RMR/Holosun plate 1091141001 names:

  • Trijicon RMR and SRO;
  • Holosun 507C and 508T; and
  • Swampfox Kingslayer.

The page may call it “RMR/Holosun,” but that does not convert every Holosun optic into a fit. A 407K or 507K uses the separate K/EPS route below.

Holosun 407K, 507K, and EPS Family: P9784-0015

CZ’s corporate store documents the steel P-10 K/EPS plate P9784-0015 for the HS407K, HS507K, and EPS series. That creates a manufacturer-backed route for both EPS Carry and full-size EPS in addition to the two K-series open emitters.

This is a plate route, not direct fit. Do not substitute the Shield plate just because older CZ listings pair some Shield and 407K products.

The Plate 3 / Viper Trap

Two official products occupy this general footprint territory:

  • CZ-USA adapter 19232 lists Burris FastFire 2/3/4, Vortex Venom and Viper, Sightmark Mini Shot M-Spec, Leica Tempus, and additional named optics.
  • CZUB plate 1091-1410-03 lists Docter/Noblex and Vortex Venom options but explicitly says it cannot be used with the Vortex Viper.

So “get the CZ P-10 Venom/Viper plate” is unsafe shopping advice. If the optic is a Viper, verify SKU 19232 on the plate package or seller listing.

DPP, ACRO, and 509T Routes

CZ-USA DPP adapter 19231 currently names the DeltaPoint Pro and Pro NV, Vortex Defender XL and ST, SIG ROMEO-X PRO, Holosun SCS-320, EOTECH EFLX, and Zulisy Z2 Micro. It is a named-model list; an arbitrary optic described as “DPP compatible” does not automatically inherit that evidence.

For ACRO, CZ’s current store lists plate 1091-1410-08. For Holosun’s enclosed 509 interface, the optic maker lists its purpose-built 509PLT-CZP10 for the 509 series and AEMS-MACRO.

Installation Boundary

The CZ P-10 manual recommends Loctite 243 on the plate screws and 1.3 Nm torque, followed by the adhesive maker’s cure instructions. CZ then directs the installer to follow the reflex-sight maker’s instructions for mounting the optic.

Those are two different joints:

  1. plate to slide; and
  2. optic to plate.

Do not copy the plate torque onto the optic screws. Confirm the plate SKU, included screws, optic screws, torque, and threadlocker instructions for the exact products in hand.

What We Still Do Not Claim

Official plate lists establish a purchasing path. They do not prove that every listed optic has equal durability, battery life, window quality, or zero retention. Optics Intel presents the exact fit routes first and reserves performance winners for comparable field evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What red dot fits the CZ P-10 Optics Ready?

Many red dots fit through an exact CZ or optic-maker plate. Verified routes include RMR/SRO and named Holosun C-series optics on plate 1091-1410-01, Holosun 407K/507K/EPS on P9784-0015, ACRO on 1091-1410-08, 509-series/AEMS-MACRO on Holosun 509PLT-CZP10, and the SCS-P10-GR as a purpose-built direct mount.

Does the Holosun 507K fit the CZ P-10 OR?

Yes with the exact CZ P-10 Holosun K/EPS plate P9784-0015. It is not the RMR plate and is not a plate-free route.

Does the Holosun SCS-P10 need a plate?

No. Holosun documents the SCS-P10-GR as a direct mount for CZ P-10 optics-ready slides without an adapter plate. That statement is specific to the SCS-P10 model.

Which plate fits a Vortex Venom or Viper?

For the Venom, CZ-USA adapter 19232 and CZUB 1091-1410-03 are documented routes. For the Viper, use exact SKU 19232: CZ-USA lists the Viper, while CZUB explicitly says its 1091-1410-03 plate cannot be used with the Viper.

What torque does CZ specify for the optic plate?

The CZ P-10 manual recommends Loctite 243 on the plate screws and 1.3 Nm torque. That is the plate-to-slide instruction; the optic itself must be installed according to its manufacturer's instructions.
