A standard Glock 43X/48 Slimline MOS needs no plate for a true RMSc optic, but it needs an exact adapter for Holosun K, EPS Carry, RMRcc, or RMR-family optics. Other manufacturers may publish equally valid exact routes. The point is not that one brand owns compatibility; it is that the evidence must resolve both interfaces and the hardware between them.
The Wide-Optic Plate Is Not Our Default Recommendation
A plate can physically bridge the G43X/48 MOS to the larger RMR family, but that does not make the result the best carry setup. The plate adds width and height to a slim slide and uses a more complex attachment stack.
There is also a signal worth disclosing: the C&H GLX-RSH page currently contains several owner reports alleging loosening or fit problems, alongside a positive report. Those are anecdotes, not controlled testing, so they do not prove that every plate fails. They are enough that we would not call this a default purchasing recommendation without independent testing and an installation review. If an RMR-class optic is mandatory, discuss direct milling or another documented system with a qualified installer.

- optic to plate.
