Springfield Hellcat Pro Adapter Plates: Exact Optic Map
A verified Hellcat Pro plate map for Holosun K, EPS Carry, RMRcc, and RMR optics, with direct-mount and screw cautions.
On this page
A factory Hellcat Pro OSP needs no plate for true RMSc optics, but it needs a model-specific adapter for Holosun K, RMRcc, or RMR geometry. C&H currently documents four Hellcat Pro plate families: 407K/507K; EPS/EPS Carry; Trijicon RMRcc; and larger RMR-pattern optics. Buy by exact pistol and optic model, not by screw spacing. After stacking a plate, verify M4-0.7 hardware and Springfield's maximum 0.095-inch or 2.4-mm screw protrusion.
The best plate is not “the thinnest one online.” It is the current part whose maker names your exact pistol and optic, supplies the correct hardware stack, and publishes installation instructions.
Verified Plate Map
| Optic target | Factory route | Documented C&H route |
|---|---|---|
| True Shield RMSc optic | No plate | Not needed |
| Holosun 407K / 507K | RMSc-to-K | SAHC-HOLOk |
| Holosun EPS / EPS Carry | RMSc-to-K | SAHC-EPS |
| Trijicon RMRcc | RMSc-to-RMRcc | Hellcat-to-RMRcc family |
| RMR / RMR HD / SRO / 407C / 507C / 508T | RMSc-to-RMR | Hellcat-to-RMR plate |
This is a geometry map, not a claim that every resulting optic is sensible on the narrow carry slide. Width, height, holster clearance, and backup sights remain product decisions.
Direct Mount Comes First
For a true RMSc optic, a plate adds height and another joint without solving an interface mismatch. Springfield’s exact Shield SMSc bundle, the Hellcat-specific RFX11, and SIG’s exact ROMEO-X Compact listings show that strong direct routes exist.
Use a plate because the desired optic requires a different geometry—not because a retailer bundles one indiscriminately.
Holosun Names Are Not One Footprint
| Holosun family | Interface | Hellcat Pro route |
|---|---|---|
| 407K / 507K | K | SAHC-HOLOk or exact equivalent |
| EPS Carry / EPS | K | SAHC-EPS or documented RMSc-to-K route |
| 407C / 507C / 508T | RMR | Larger RMSc-to-RMR plate |
| 509T | 509T clamp | Dedicated multi-stage route; not inferred here |
Never choose a plate from the brand name alone.
Screw Length Changes With the Stack
The current C&H 407K/507K listing publishes M4 x 10.5 mm hardware; its EPS/EPS Carry listing publishes M4 x 9.5 mm. Those numbers belong to the respective plate designs and can change with a product revision.
Springfield’s controlling limit is that no more than 0.095 inch / 2.4 mm protrudes below the optic. Confirm that measurement on the assembled stack and that the screw clamps before bottoming. Do not transfer the M4 x 7.5 mm screws from Springfield’s direct Shield kit to a plate route.
Installation Checklist
- Match exact firearm, plate SKU, and optic model on the current listing.
- Inspect the plate and slide bosses for damage or debris.
- Dry-fit plate and optic separately; neither should rock.
- Verify M4-0.7 thread, screw-head seating, and 2.4 mm protrusion limit.
- Follow the current plate-maker torque sequence.
- Follow Springfield’s instruction not to put threadlocker in slide holes.
- Check extractor/slide function, holster clearance, sight picture, zero, and hardware witness marks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Hellcat Pro need an optic plate?
Not for a documented true-RMSc optic. It does need a plate when the optic uses Holosun K, Trijicon RMRcc, RMR, or another different interface.
Which plate fits a 507K on Hellcat Pro?
C&H's SAHC-HOLOk plate names Hellcat Pro and Holosun 407K/507K. Use its current included hardware and verify screw protrusion.
Which plate fits EPS Carry on Hellcat Pro?
C&H's SAHC-EPS plate names Hellcat Pro and EPS Carry. Holosun also includes an RMSc-to-K adapter, but exact Hellcat M4 hardware must still be confirmed.
Can an RMR mount on a Hellcat Pro?
Only through a plate that bridges the Springfield Micro/RMSc host to RMR. C&H documents such a plate, but the much wider optic and added height make it a specialized rather than default carry choice.
Can one Hellcat plate fit every Holosun?
No. 407K/507K and EPS Carry share K geometry but can use different purpose-specific plate and hardware packages. 407C/507C/508T use the larger RMR interface and require another plate.
